:focus is supported only for input elements. Buttons use `:active` https://stackoverflow.com/a/37264103/232649 The issue was in original GetSkeleton itself: https://github.com/dhg/Skeleton/blob/88f03612b05f093e3f235ced77cf89d3a8fcf846/css/skeleton.css#L199
